What I Do as a certified Counsellor, Coach and Facilitator

Counselling and coaching for:

Anxiety and low self-esteem
Depression
Trauma
Relationship
Victims of Narcissistic abuse
Family ancestral constellation therapy
Racial abuse
Gender discrimination

Throughout my practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse array of clients, hailing from various ethnic, socio-economic, and marginalized backgrounds. Among them are individuals who are neurodiverse, presenting with a range of diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.

In my capacity as a counselor, my approach primarily centers on talk therapy. While I do not engage in formal diagnosis, I do collaborate with clients who have received specific diagnoses. I find it most beneficial to work alongside clients who possess awareness of their diagnosis, aiming to complement and enhance their existing strategies. Through a blend of counseling and coaching techniques, I strive to empower my clients to meet their unique needs.

My professional journey has encompassed diverse realms, including the health and fitness industry during my earlier years, as well as ventures into the small-scale business sector. Presently, I am fully immersed as a practicing multidisciplinary artist.

Alongside my counseling practice, I manage a fashion line, regularly exhibit my artwork, continue to produce music, and craft poetry, allowing me to engage with creativity in multifaceted ways throughout my career.
